Full legal name and Date of Birth (Required for age verification, strictly 21+).
Contact details (Email, Phone/WhatsApp/Telegram). Note: We prioritize encrypted messaging for sensitive communications.
b. Sensitive Spiritual & Health Data To ensure safety during our ceremonies, applicants must undergo a mandatory screening. We collect:
Medical history and current health status.
Psychological history and medication use.
Spiritual intent and personal biography.
This data is classified as “High Risk” and receives maximum protection (see Section 3).
c. Technical Data & Cookies We automatically collect limited technical information (IP address, browser type) solely for site security and analytics to improve user experience.
We process your data for the following legitimate purposes:
Safety Screening: To evaluate your medical and psychological fitness for participation in ceremonies.
Legal Compliance: To maintain records required for our 501(c)(3) religious status.
Communication: To coordinate private ceremonies, festivals, and interviews.
We strictly DO NOT sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with marketing agencies or third parties.
a. Storage & Access Your health and spiritual information is strictly confidential. Access is limited exclusively to the Lead Facilitator and the internal Safety Team. Administrative staff do not have access to your medical disclosures.
b. Data Retention Sensitive medical forms are stored on encrypted, isolated servers. Once your retreat or ceremony is concluded, detailed medical data is minimized or deleted, retaining only a basic safety record as required by our liability insurance protocols.
c. Religious Privilege As a registered religious organization, we invoke the Clergy-Penitent Privilege regarding spiritual counseling. Information shared during private integration or application processes is considered a religious confession and is protected from disclosure to the fullest extent of the law.
