Co-Founder & Spiritual Director
Oxana Dmitriev has been part of Mycomysticism from the very beginning, not as a silent partner but as a co-creator of everything the organization has become. Her role is both visible and foundational. She shapes the spiritual framework of every program and holds the space in which participants feel safe enough to do deep work.
Oxana is the author of a book on nourishment and balance that weaves together knowledge of the body, natural rhythms, and emotional well-being. Her approach to health is not built on restriction. It is built on a mindful return to oneself through care, attention, and trust in the body’s own intelligence.
Throughout the evolution of Mycomysticism, she has been the person who tends to the details that others do not see: the atmosphere of a ceremony room, the tone of a first conversation, the quiet follow-up that makes someone feel held. Her work is intuitive, precise, and deeply personal.
Where Pavel sets the direction, Oxana creates the conditions in which that direction becomes a lived experience. She is the steady center of the organization: the person who ensures that the mission stays grounded in warmth, care, and genuine human connection.
