By accessing this website, submitting an application, or participating in any program offered by Temple of Mycomysticism, Inc. (“The Temple,” “We,” “Us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services or apply for membership.
Participation in our ceremonies is a privilege, not a right. To be eligible, you must:
Age Requirement: Be at least 21 years of age. We strictly do not serve minors.
Medical Clearance: Successfully pass our mandatory medical and psychological screening.
Truthfulness: Provide accurate, complete, and current information during the application process. Providing false medical information is grounds for immediate expulsion without refund and potential legal action.
Spiritual Purpose: You acknowledge that all programs, retreats, and ceremonies offered by The Temple are spiritual and religious in nature. They are sacraments conducted under the legal protection of the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA) and the First Amendment.
No Medical Treatment: The Temple is not a medical facility. Our facilitators are spiritual guides, not licensed physicians or psychiatrists. Our programs do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Assumption of Risk: Participation in ceremonial work involves deep psychological and emotional processes. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities.
To maintain the sanctity and safety of our space, all participants must adhere to the following rules. Violation of these rules will result in immediate removal from the premises:
Absolute Confidentiality: You agree to maintain the anonymity of all fellow participants. You may share your own experience, but you may never reveal the identity or stories of others.
Digital Detox: Photography, video recording, and audio recording are strictly prohibited during ceremonies and on retreat grounds. We reserve the right to collect electronic devices upon arrival for safekeeping.
Respectful Behavior: Harassment, disruptive behavior, or failure to follow the instructions of the Lead Facilitator is strictly prohibited.
Substance Policy: The possession or use of alcohol, illicit drugs, or unapproved medications on Temple grounds is strictly forbidden.
Donations/Tuition: As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, payments made for participation are considered contributions towards the mission and operational costs of The Temple.
Cancellations: Due to the exclusive nature of our programs and limited seating, all deposits and donations are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your specific Program Agreement.
Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to anyone who fails our medical screening or whom we believe constitutes a safety risk to themselves or others.
All content on this website—including text, logos, graphics, and methodology—is the intellectual property of Temple of Mycomysticism, Inc. and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Temple of Mycomysticism, Inc., its Board of Directors, officers, employees, and volunteers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in our programs or use of this website. You agree to indemnify and hold The Temple harmless from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
